Versatile Information Management Systems (“VIMS”) respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. That is why VIMS has adopted this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy lets you know how your personal information is processed and used. VIMS promises that it will take steps to use your personal information only in ways that are compatible with this Privacy Policy and in relationship to the Terms of Use Agreement and Legal Notice. The following Privacy Policy is only in effect for the Site pages, newsletters, discussion lists and opt-in announcement lists owned and operated by VIMS. The following discloses our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree and accept, without limitation or qualification, this Privacy Policy, do NOT provide your personal information and you are advised to exit the Site.

What and how information is collected

Every computer connected to the Internet is given a domain name and a set of numbers, that serve as that computer's "Internet Protocol" IP address. When you request any page from our Site, our Site servers automatically recognize your domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than a numbered address from which you have accessed our Site. We use this information to examine the traffic in aggregate, and to investigate misuse of the Site, its users, or to cooperate with law enforcement. Cookies

From time to time, we may send a "cookie" to your computer. A cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. Required information

Only information required to complete and respond to your request is collected. This information is NOT stored on the Site once the request is completed.

Protection of personal information

In addition to NOT storing your personal information on the Site once the request is completed, we use other reasonable precautions to keep your personal information disclosed secure, which may include and is not limited to password protected screen savers on computers when the operator is absent, and encrypted passwords and or coding on various software applications where your personal information is stored.

Personal information required for requests for a downloads, products, or services

If you are requesting something from our Site, we need to know certain personal information such as and not necessarily limited to your name, position or title, organization, address, telephone number, fax number, and your email address. This allows us to process and notify you of your request status. This information may also be used by us to notify you of related programs and events. VIMS will disclose personal information and/or an IP address, when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on VIMS,
• Protect and defend the rights or property of VIMS and related properties, and other third parties or users to the Site and related sites,
• Identify persons who may be violating the law, our Site Terms of Use Agreement and Legal Notice, the rights of third parties, or otherwise misusing the Site or its related properties,
• Cooperate with the investigations of purported unlawful activities,
• Process your request with our Distributors.

VIMS is not responsible for any breach of security or for any lawful or unlawful actions of any third parties that receive the information. Furthermore, VIMS is not responsible for such third party privacy policies or how they treat information. In addition, VIMS reserves the right to transfer all such information in connection with the sale of all or part of VIMS assets.

Information is shared with VIMS Distributors

We share information with our Distributors as we need to pass the information pertinent to and for the completion of your request for the product or service transaction.

Privacy when online

The Site contains hyperlinks to other sites. We do not share any personal information provided to us with the sites to which we link, except as stated elsewhere within this Privacy Policy.
Please check with those sites to determine their privacy policy.
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online - for example through e-mail, discussion lists, or elsewhere - that information can be collected and used by others.
