Software price includes:
Automatic* updates, patches, hot fixes for known product issues, minor enhancements and limited** customer/technical support via fax, email or our Toll-free number are provided for the current version only. When a new upgraded version of a product is released, customer/technical support will support the new version only.

Maintenance and Support price includes:
Automatic* updates, patches and hot fixes for known product issues, PLUS for a period of one (1) year, MAJOR enhancements and UNLIMITED customer/technical support via fax, email or our Toll-free number. When a new upgraded version of a product is released, customer/technical support will support the new upgraded version and one version back. Maintenance and Support is an annual fee and must equal the number of licences.

NOTE: Update versus Upgrade:
A version update is within the same version series, example: v2.1.1 to v2.2.0
A new upgraded version is from one version series to another version series, example v2.5.0 to v3.0.0

Rights to New Versions price includes:
Your guarantee of automatically receiving the next upgraded version of the software at no additional charge, regardless of the listed price of the new version. Must be purchased at the time when the module is purchased and must equal the number of licences.

**Customer/technical support is available via fax or email at a charge of $25 per issue or via our Toll-free number at a minimum charge of $25 (includes the first two minutes) plus $5 per minute thereafter.
